What do I need to bring to my appointment?

Generally, you just need to bring your state-issued driver's license or ID card. Sometimes, you will have a form that the fingerprint vendor will fill out. Also, make sure you know your social security number as some agencies will use this to locate your fingerprint results.

What is this receipt I need for fingerprinting?

When you finish the fingerprinting process, you will receive a copy of the Above Biometrics consent form that will serve as your receipt that you will send in with your paperwork for your licensing process.
